SHUMAKER, MARIE ANTIONETTE, age 91, of Coleman passed away Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at Maplewood in Mt. Pleasant.

Memorial services for Marie will be held at a later date.

Marie was born on December 23, 1925 in Pittsburgh, PA, daughter of Joseph and Marie Furore. She graduated from Aliquippa High School in Pennsylvania. Marie married Tom Shumaker on August 17, 1946.

Marie is survived by her daughters: Nancy (Kenneth) Sponseller of Mt. Pleasant, Kathleen Baker of Titusville, FL., Sons: Thomas (Patricia) Shumaker of San Antonio, TX., Theodore (Susy) Shumaker of L’Anse, MI.; grandchildren: James (Marlena) Baker of Mt. Pleasant, Leann (Ryan) Sponseller Morton of Rockford, MI., Deanna (Bill) Shumaker Lockhart on San Antonio, TX., Alex (Shenell) Baker of Cocoa, FL., Kimberly (Art) Adame of High Point, NC., Bethany (Jerry) Sisneroz of San Antonio, TX., Stephanie (Landon) Shumaker Eskew of Montgomery, TX., Terra Shumaker of Kamela HI., and Tammie Shumaker of Paauilo, HI., and Jaret Sisneroz; great-grandchildren: Alika Baker, Giordan Sponseller-Morton, Reming (Azalea) Morton, Will and Matthew Lockhart, Dominic, Damian and Danica Adame, Benjamin, Austin and Madison Sisneroz, Barrett and Walker Eskew, Kainalimu and Kamaehu Paooao, and Jayson Sisneroz.

Marie is preceeded in death by her husband, parents, son, Terrance Shumaker, grandson, WIlliam Baker, and sisters Frances, Delores and Julia.
