ROBINSON, MARY ANN, age 78, of Shepherd, passed away Saturday, March 31, 2018 at her daughter's home in Newberry.

Per Mary's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Pardee Cancer Treatment Fund, 4201 Campus Ridge Drive, Ste. 1275, Midland, MI 48640 or Heartland Hospice, 1627 E. Broomfield, Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858. Envelopes are also available at the funeral chapel.

Mary was born August 3, 1939, in Shepherd, the daughter of Lee and Josephine (Repulski) Mullet. She graduated from Midland High School with the class of 1957. Mary was proud to serve her country in the U.S. Air Force as an Airman 2nd Class from 1958-1961. She married Buddy LaVerne Robinson on November 23, 1963 in Mt. Pleasant. Mary worked for Citizens Insurance in Midland before she and Buddy started their family. She was a homemaker while raising her children. In her later years, she was a housekeeper at the Microtel Inn in Mt. Pleasant. Mary loved being outdoors, especially fishing the Great Lakes. She also enjoyed going to the casino, but most of all loved time with her family.

Mary is survived by her husband Buddy Robinson; daughter Lisa (Tim) Stevens of Newberry; son John (Jennifer) Robinson of Mt. Pleasant; grandchildren: Jessy Kitzman, Aaron Stevens, Mandy Nolan, and Jacob Robinson; and a great granddaughter Hannah.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, infant son Michael, her brother Charles, and a sister Betty.
