TYLER (MULLETT), MARY ELIZABETH, age 88, of Mt. Pleasant passed away Sunday, June 12, 2016, surrounded by family at Maplewood of Mt. Pleasant.

A Memorial Service for Mary will be held at Clark Family Funeral Chapel on Saturday, June 18, 2016, at 1 p.m. with Chris McNeilly officiating. The family will receive friends the day of the service from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Memorial Gardens or Great Lakes Hospice. Envelopes will be available at the funeral.

Mary was born on September 22, 1927, in Fremont Township, the daughter or Arza and Frances (Childs) Mullett. Mary and Richard James Tyler were married on April 25, 1970. She worked in photo touch-up and also many years on the line at Ferro Manufacturing. Mary was extremely talented and enjoyed drawing and painting pictures and drawing house plans. Her greatest accomplishment was her loving family and she enjoyed spending time with them at Coldwater Lake. She also enjoyed fishing and boating with friends and family. She was also a proud member of a bowling league for many years and continued to love WII bowling and bingo at Maplewood.

Mary is survived by her son, Robert (Mary) Wilson of Florida; step-children, Linda (Richard) Wight and John (Laurie) Tyler, both of Weidman; grandchildren, Andrea (Mark) Kole of Minnesota, Kelly (Larry) Watson of St. Louis, Kari (Jeff) Rojas of Weidman, Chad (Amanda) Wilson of Belleville, Gerrit VanCoevering of Florida, Alan (Sarah) Wilson of Grosse Pointe, Lona (Mike) Rose of North Carolina, Jenny (Justin) Oswald of Weidman, Megan (Steven) Lewis of Belleville, and John Tyler of Fowlerville; several great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Tyler; son, Larry; parents; brothers, Don and Bill; and sister, Norma.
