Nancy  Ann  Roethlisberger
ROETHLISBERGER, NANCY ANN, age 79, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Sunday, November 27, 2016 at Isabella County Medical Care Facility.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 2, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Loren Kalinowski officiating. Rite of Committal will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Visitation for Nancy will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Clark Family Funeral Chapel, with a vigil service at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will also take place one hour prior to service on Friday at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel or the church.
Nancy was born October 10, 1937 in Mt. Pleasant, to Gerald John and Gertrude (Fox) Theisen. Nancy married Leon Roethlisberger on October 18, 1958 in Mt. Pleasant, whom preceded her in death on March 29, 2016. Nancy was a childcare provider for 30 years. She also worked for the Ward and Broadway Theaters for several years. Nancy loved spending time with her family, and playing cards. She was a parishioner at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Nancy is survived by her 4 children Roxanne (Mitch) Long of Portland, MI, Tyson (Junita Bahroos) Roethlisberger of Rockwood, MI, Pamela (Randy) Brown of Farwell, MI, Michael (Kriss) Roethlisberger of Mt. Pleasant, MI, 5 grandchildren Justin (Cara) Long of Huron, OH, Danielle (Jon) Zatkoff of Silverthorne, CO, Zachary Brown of Farwell, MI, Chase Brown of Farwell, MI, and Jaya Roethlisberger of Rockwood, MI; great grandson Price Long; 2 sisters Kay (Stan) Veit and Barbara "Toni" (Jack) Little both of Mt. Pleasant; and many nieces and nephews.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents; husband Leon; 3 brothers James Theisen, Robert Theisen, and Barney Theisen; and 1 sister Margaret "Mert" Kirkey.
