Erb, Terrance Robert, age 84, of Mt. Pleasant passed away Thursday, June 1, 2017 at The Laurels of Mt. Pleasant after a long battle with Parkinson Disease.

A Funeral Mass for Terrance will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Monday, June 5, 2017 at 11 a.m. with Fr. Don Henkes officiating. Rite of Committal will follow in Calvary Cemetery. A luncheon will be held at Sacred Heart Parish Hall following the committal service. The family will receive friends at Clark Family Funeral Chapel on Sunday, June 4, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. with a Vigil Service at 7:30 p.m. Visitation will continue at the church the day of the funeral mass from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the National Parkinson Foundation. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel and the church.

Terrance was born on March 10, 1933 in Mt. Pleasant, MI, the son of Nelson and Frances (Kane) Erb. He married Margaret Atkins on August 30, 1958 in Pontiac. Terrance retired from the Automobile Club of Michigan where he worked for 30 years. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus and the Lions Club. Terrance was a veteran and served in the United States Army. He enjoyed golf, hiking, hunting, camping and being surrounded by family.

Terrance is survived by his wife Margaret of 58 years; sons Bob Erb of Mt. Pleasant, Joe Erb of North Aurora, IL, and Tony Erb of Sidney, OH; grandson Christopher; and brother Jack (Jerri) Erb of Claremont, CA.

Terrance was preceded in death by his parents; sister Mary Lou Whitlow, and brother Pete.
