Wilson, Thomas Henry, age 58, of Mt. Pleasant passed away Monday, September 26, 2016, at Gratiot Hospital in Alma, MI.

Funeral Services for Tom will be held at Clark Family Funeral Chapel on Friday, September 30, 2016, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Gene Haymaker of Maranatha Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery. A Luncheon will take place at the Maranatha Baptist Church, 1526 Airway Drive, Mt Pleasant, following the committal service. The family will receive friends at Clark Family Funeral Chapel on Thursday, September 29, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Visitation will continue at the Funeral Chapel the day of the service from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wilson Family. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel.

Tom was born on June 10, 1958, in Mt. Pleasant, MI, the son of Clare and Bonnie (Gannon) Wilson. He worked for Central Fire Protection for 41 years, beginning in 1976. Thomas enjoyed playing softball and deer hunting.

Tom is survived by his parents, Clare and Bonnie Wilson of Mt. Pleasant; daughter, Brandy (Michael) Herron of Mt. Pleasant; son, Brock Williams of Mt. Pleasant; significant other, Sheila Roberts of Mt. Pleasant; grandchildren, Alexis Herron, Gavin and Isabell Williams; sister, Victoria (Craig) Battle of Mt. Pleasant; nephew, Chad Battle of Wixom, MI; and niece, Amber (David) Kalinowski of Milford, MI.

Tom was preceded in death by his grandparents, Henry and Irene Wilson and Fred and Reava Gannon, and brother, Joshua Wilson.
