ZUKER, VERONICA, age 83, of Mt. pleasant passed away Monday, December 26, 2016.

Rite of Committal for Veronica will be held at St. Henry's Cemetery on Friday, July 28, 2017 at 11 a.m. with Deacon Larry Fussman officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Isabella County Commission on Aging or the Great Lakes Hospice. Envelopes will be available at Clark Funeral Chapel.

Veronica was born May 24, 1933, in Rosebush, the daughter of Isabelle McElheney. She graduated for Sacred Heart Academy. Veronica worked as a surgical aide at the Central Michigan Community Hospital for 27 years, retiring in 2003.

Veronica is survived by her daughter, Dianne (Robert) Lackie of Mt. Pleasant; 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Jean Wonsey of St. Louis and Mickey Natzel of Mt. Pleasant.

Veronica was preceded in death by her husbands, Larry Jones and Norman Zuker; son Mike Jones; granddaughter, Jamie Jones; and two brothers, Larry Thomas and Jim McElheney
