Kathy Ann Clancy, age 58, of Mt. Pleasant passed away Sunday, September 13, 2015, at her home under the care of Woodland Hospice.

A Memorial Service for Kathy will be held at Clark Family Funeral Chapel on Friday, September 18, at 1 p.m. with Fr. Loren Kalinowski officiating. A Luncheon will follow in the Reflections Reception Center. The family will receive friends the day of the service from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to one of the local charities that Kathy always supported: Humane Animal Treatment Society, Isabella Co. Women's Aid Service, or Isabella Community Soup Kitchen. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel.

Kathy was born on October 12, 1956 in Bay City, the daughter of Raymond and Lollie (Foster) Smith. She married the love of her life, Perry Clancy on March 7, 1998 in Gatlinburg, TN. Kathy was a Registered Nurse for the State of Michigan for over 25 years.

Kathy is survived by her husband, Perry Clancy; brothers, Raymond (Mary) Smith of Bay City and Roger (Sue) Smith of Kawkawlin, MI; and sisters, Mary Jo (Charles) Walters of Prescott, MI, Diane (Thomas) West of Bay City, and Linda (Timothy) Hanlon of Bridgeport, MI; and cats, Eli and Anabel.

Kathy was preceded in death by her daughter, Kristin Marie Ennis; parents; and cat, Shadow.
