May God bless and comfort your families, neighbors, friends during this difficult time. Whenever, I think of my Aunt Lida, my heart is filled with wonderful warm feelings. Opening the screen door . . . the the most delicious smells always waiting! Homemade bread, fresh coffee to go along with her best ever "Molasses Cookies". God created a very special person when he brought her into our lives. Very thankful.

Grandma, I'm sure you're baking something delicious right now! You were such an inspiration to me...never a time did I hear you complain and never was there a time I didn't see you smile. I will always cherish the summers I spent on the farm with you and Grandpa, your delicious beef & noodles, homemade bread (you always gave me the end piece), molasses cookies and my most favorite...your popcorn balls at Halloween! Thank you for always taking the time to play Bingo with me! Give Grandpa a big hug for me and tell him to "hang loose". I love you both.

So sorry for your loss. We always enjoyed talking with her when we would go see Erma. She will always be loved and remembered. Having just gone through this horrible stage of life 8 months ago, a friend told me, when you feel the need to talk to her just look in the mirror. She will always be there. And you know, it's true.
