HUNT, MARY ANN, 75, of Mecosta, passed away with her family by her side on Wednesday, April 12, 2017.

Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service for Mary will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 21, at Clark Family Funeral Chapel with Pastor Daniel Siedlecki of Central Michigan Christian Church officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday, April 21, from 10 a.m. until the time of Service at Clark Family Funeral Chapel. A luncheon will follow the Memorial Service in the Reflections Reception Center. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel.

Mary was born on May 10, 1941, in Detroit, the daughter of Michael and Agnes Chrzanowski. She attended Catholic Schools and was a member of the Roman Catholic Church. She had worked as a cashier for Mecosta Cash and Carry. Mary enjoyed crocheting, fishing, and playing bingo. She was an avid collector of dolls. The loves of her life were her grandchildren and she cherished caring for them.

Mary is survived by her children, Gina Carman (Chad Witbeck) of Remus, Libby (Jim) Chappell of Mecosta, Deon Hunt (Jeanie Arnold) of Remus, Kimberly McIntyre of Mecosta, and Sara (Brian) Parks of Onsted; grandchildren Tiffany (Jarod) Tice of Remus, Brandon (Sarah) Carman of Shepherd, Justin (Kristi) Carman of Commerce Township, Amber (William “Billy”) Fate of Barryton, Ashley Hunt (Damon Cornett) of Remus, Tyler Hunt (Jessica Snyder) of Barryton, Cody Hunt of Remus, Braxton McIntyre of Mecosta, Brian Parks and Avery Parks, both of Onsted, Jason (Emily) Polovino of Taylor, Tyler Polovino (Paige Hansen) of Morley, and Tiffani Polovino of Mt. Pleasant; great-grandchildren, Quinn Tice, Alayna Hunt, Carlee Flowers, Lily Carman, Caleb Cornett, Khaleb, Gracie, and Brodie and 2 on the way; cousins John and Helen Motyka of Hamtramck, Felix Motyka of Barryton; niece Mary Jane Archibold of Barryton; good friend, Marge Moses of Wisconsin; and D’Hoest family.

Mary was preceded in death by Leon Hunt; her parents; siblings Sonny Chrzanowski, Francis “Frank” Chrzanowski, Genevieve Chavis; niece Judy D’Hoest; and great-nieces Amy Chavis and Judy Bubrowski.
