So sorry, Tim and family, for your loss. I only met Pete once many years ago. He was busy untangling Christmas lights. Tim has been a part of my daughter, Amber's, life ever since she was young, and so supportive of our family over the years. Just want to be there for him and his family at this difficult time.

I recently spent a long weekend with Pete Cotton in the north woods. Our vehicles were disabled in deep snow miles from our destination. We walked miles through waste deep snow in thirty below weather to reach the unheated cabin that was our salvation. I was afraid that Pete must be miserable, but his spirits were high, and he said something along the lines of "Without the adversity, this could not be and adventure." We had an excellent weekend, though stranded for days in nearly un-survivable conditions. Your family loved, and deeply respected you. So did I. You were one of a kind. You will be missed, and never forgotten.
